Whilst walking along the shoreline I stumbled across some sailcloth that had been washed up on the rocks. The tangle had somehow arranged itself it seemed to me, in the shape of two souls, one seemingly rescuing the other, divine in its form. At a time when refugees and asylum seekers are braving treacherous waters to seek sanctuary, the image became a poignant reminder to me of the good that also prevails in this world.
