Flowers, Always On Trend?

With the markets saturated with images of flowers, sales continue with photographers and painters etc still producing works of merit using this subject. So I started to question why does this trend never seem to tire?  I love contemporary paintings and photography that make me think. I love to be made to question, its important to me and I believe the whole of humanity.
